Part Two: OCC founder David Klasfeld’s recipes for electropop looks.
In this second installment of our three-part series, we’re using OCC Lip Tars to a modern effect with bold shades and graphic treatments.
BETA + ANIME = THE CLASSIC TWO-TONE
STEP ONE Apply Beta Lip Tar to the upper lip.
STEP TWO With a fresh brush, apply Anime Lip Tar to the lower lip.
HARLOT + HOOCHIE + DIGITALIS + FEATHERED = THE VERTICAL OMBRÉ
STEP ONE Place each color first on the lip, in the order above. Use a different brush for each shade.
STEP TWO Blend from left to right.
OPTIONAL: Finish with a high-shine gloss for a very wet look.
STALKER + CLOCKWORK + TRAFFIC = THE SUNSET OMBRÉ
STEP ONE Apply Stalker at the Cupid’s bow and blend down.
STEP TWO Apply Clockwork to the inner pout of the upper lip and blend it up into Stalker.
STEP THREE Saturate lower lip line with Traffic.
STEP FOUR Add more Clockwork on inner lower pout down and blend down into Traffic.
