THE TIP-OFF: METALLIC OMBRE WITH OCC LIP TARS

THE TIP-OFF: METALLIC OMBRE WITH OCC LIP TARS

Part Three: OCC founder David Klasfeld’s recipes for gilded looks.

In this third installment of our three-part series, we’re using OCC Lip Tars to a modern effect with bold shades and graphic treatments.

LOOK #1:
ANNIKA + CLEAR + TRIPTYCH + CRUISING LOOSE COLOR CONCENTRATE = THE MIDAS TOUCH

STEP ONE Mix Annika with Clear and coat both lips.
STEP TWO Add a stroke of Triptych to the Cupid’s bow.
STEP THREE Dab Cruising Loose Color Concentrate on top of the Triptych.

LOOK #2:
CLOCKWORK + TRIPTYCH LOOSE COLOR CONCENTRATE = THE GOLDEN FADE

STEP ONE Paint lips with a layer of Clockwork.
STEP TWO Pat Triptych Loose Color Concentrate on top of the upper lip and on the center of the bottom lip.

LOOK #3:
LOVECRAFT + HOOCHIE + CRUISING LOOSE COLOR CONCENTRATE = THE SPARKLE KISS

STEP ONE Mix Lovecraft and Hoochie and coat both lips.
STEP TWO Press a lot of Cruising Loose Color Concentrate on outer lip line.
STEP THREE With a sharp brush (like an eyeliner or brow brush) come around the outer lip line with a bit of foundation or concealer to clean up any fallout from the loose pigment.
